After the family or legal representative of the estate signs a contract, the following are the services my staff and myself provide to have a successful sale:Research items to get full value using the Internet and reference books.

• Color coordinate and tag all items.

• Display all items with maximum eye appeal as if you were entering a professionally decorated home.

• Provide sufficient employees to prevent theft.

• Use numbered sales tickets.

• Give a full accounting, along with a cashier's check, within 7 days of sale.

• Contact e-mail client list (over 2,200) prior to the sale.
